Delivery

We offer local delivery to the Nashville area colleges (currently Lipscomb University, Belmont University, Vanderbilt University, & Trevecca University), and offer limited local delivery to the Nashville and Brentwood areas. Shipping currently unavailable, but coming soon! 


The customer takes full responsibility that the given recipient information is complete and correct. If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the order will not be refunded.


During extreme weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time and date. If we do not succeed in delivering your order, the order will be delivered as soon as possible.

 

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered, presently en route to delivery, or once fulfillment has begun. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery date, address, or any other modification, simply call us directly to request. We are unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail or social media Direct Messages. All changes or cancellation requests must be made by text or phone call, and are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
 

Substitutions

Occasionally, product and floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the product you've selected, our team will ensure that the style and theme of your basket or product is preserved and will substitute products of equal or higher value. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Delivery details will be communicated with the recipient information entered at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with the service rendered or with the products delivered please contact us so we can solve it as soon as possible. Products are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless a mistake is made on our part. Please make sure to double-check order details before checking out.

  • Is there a delivery fee? All orders have a $15 delivery fee EXCEPT “Seasonal/Holiday” orders (Valentine’s, Easter, Finals Survival, Halloween, etc). Delivery fee is included in all Seasonal/Holiday orders

  • Can I order a delivery if I need it delivered in less than 48 hours? We ask that you give us at least 48 hours advance notice for a delivery. If you need a gift delivered in less than 48 hours, please contact us directly to check availability.

  • How will my student receive their gift? We contact your student via text with the number you provide. We coordinate all delivery details with the student.

  • Can I send a custom gift that I don’t see on the website? YES! We love helping you bring your vision to life for your student’s favorite items. Just contact us directly to start the conversation!

  • How can I see the finished product? We will send you a picture of your student with their gift via text as long as your student agrees to do so. We might also post a pic on our social media channels as long as your student agrees, so keep watching there too!

  • Can you answer another question that isn’t addressed here? YES! Reach out to us anytime!

  • If I am local can I pickup an order? YES! Message us directly if you are local and want to pick up your order. We’ve done orders for High School parents, Grandparents, and everything in between!
